Data collected through this site
This site has no user accounts and no audience measurement tools. When you use the contact form, the information you enter (name, company, email, phone, site address, message) is sent to us by email at info@allegria.solutions. It is not stored on the website's server.
- Purpose: to answer your request and prepare a quote.
- Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Retention: up to three years after the last contact if no contract is signed.
Client data
Data processed under a contract (identification, billing, technical data) is described in Article 13 of our terms and conditions, with legal bases and retention periods. Invoices are kept for ten years, as required by law.
Connection data
As an operator, Allegria Solutions complies with the connection metadata retention obligations of the Belgian electronic communications law. This data is only disclosed to authorised authorities, in the cases provided for by law.
Recipients
Our processors act under contract and only on our behalf: Verixi (line activation and network, Belgium), Billit (electronic invoicing, Belgium), Microsoft 365 (email and documents, European Union). No data is transferred outside the European Union.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction, erasure or portability of your data, and object to certain processing, by writing to info@allegria.solutions (subject: "GDPR Rights Request"). We reply within thirty days.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, dataprotectionauthority.be.
